Mr. Liao received an Outstanding Senior
Artist Award from Taichung City Government
in 2006, won a Merit Award at the 57th
Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition and
participated in the 13th Art Inheritance
Taichung County Artist's Relay Exhibition in
2001. He is a member of the Central Taiwan
Fine Arts Association and Taichung City Fine
Arts Association.
