專講師10年、臺中市美術教育學
會理事長、牛馬頭畫會會長。現
專職創作。110年度臺中市資深優
秀美術家。
Mr. Cai obtained his master's degree
in Fine Arts from Fontbonne University
in the United States. He served as a
college instructor for 10 years. He was
the chairperson of the Taichung City
Art Education Society, and Numatou
Art Association. Now, he is a full-time
professional artist. Recognized as an
Outstanding Senior Artist Award from
Taichung City Government in 2021.
