2022年獲頒南投玉山美術貢獻獎，2018年
獲頒臺中市資深優秀美術家，1997年中山
文藝創作獎得主，2023年受聘南投美術學
會評議委員，1987年-2024年大墩文化中心
篆刻教師，2014年-2023年勤益科技大學
明秀書院篆刻教師，臺中市拓樸藝術學會
創會理事長，全國美展、大墩、南瀛、磺
溪、玉山美展等評委。

Mr. Liu is a receiver of the 2022 Nantou Yushan Art
Outstanding Award. He is also one of the winners of
the 2018 Taichung Senior Outstanding Artists. He is
also a candidate of the 1997 Sun Yat-Sen Culture and
Art Composition Award. In 2023, he was invited to
become a juror member for the Nantou Association of
Arts. He taught seal engraving at Taichung City Dadun
Cultural Center from 1987 to 2024. Through 2014-
2023, he was a seal engraving lecturer at the Ming Sho
Academy of National Chin Yi University of Technology.
He is also the founding president of Taichung City
Topo Arts Association. He served as a juror member
for the National Art Exhibition, R.O.C., Da Dun Fine
Arts Exhibition of Taichung City, Nanying Art Exhibition,
Huangsi Art Exhibition and Yushan Art Exhibiton.
