東海大學美術研究所畢業，比利時列日大學博士生。現
任：華承國際藝術藝術總監、新加坡•吉隆坡WEME
畫廊藝術顧問、臺中市墨海藝術協會理事長。作品以生
活經驗為本，融合古典與當代語彙，展現愛、希望與時
間意象，傳達對社會環境的深刻關懷與省思。得獎紀
錄包括：2023年法國巴黎設計大獎藝術創作類〈重返地
球〉榮獲金獎、柏林設計大獎〈3D落入凡間的果實〉銀
獎；2022年美國國際設計大獎佳作〈米寶向前衝〉、〈你
若芬芳〉，MUSE設計大獎景觀類雙銀獎〈圓的漸變〉、
〈D落入凡間的果實〉，以及Novum設計大獎雙金獎〈重
返地球〉、〈藍天定位了綠地〉。

Ms. Liao graduated from the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts at Tunghai
University and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of
Liège in Belgium. She serves as the Artistic Director of Huacheng Arts,
Art Advisor for WEME Gallery in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, and
Chairperson of the Taichung Ink Sea Art Association. Drawing from her
life experiences, her work seamlessly blends classical and contemporary
elements to explore themes of love, hope, and the passage of time, while
expressing deep reflection and concern for social and environmental
issues. Her accolades include: Gold Award for Artistic Creation at the
2023 Paris Design Awards (France) for "Return to Earth." Silver Award
at the Berlin Design Awards for "3D Fruit Fallen to Earth. "Merit Awards
at the 2022 American International Design Awards for "Mibao Charges
Forward" and "If You Bloom." Two Silver Awards in the Landscape
category at the MUSE Design Awards for "Gradient of Circles" and "D
Fruit Fallen to Earth." Two Gold Awards at the Novum Design Awards for
"Return to Earth" and "Blue Sky Defines the Green Land."
