第18屆臺中市雕塑學會理事長，2023、2024、
2025臺中雕塑獎執行長。全省美展永久免審查(49-
51)，第2屆臺南美展文化獎第二名，第2屆大墩美
展大墩獎「第一名」不分類首獎，第15屆全國美術
展第二名，第6屆大墩美展第三名，第7屆大墩美展
第一名，第10屆桃城美展添生獎。曾擔任彰化縣文
化局展品審查委員，第3屆大墩工藝師評審委員，
第6屆雲林文化藝術獎評審委員，第20屆大墩美展
評審委員，108年度國立臺灣美術館雕塑類典藏品
點檢委員，第69屆中部美展評審委員。
Mr. Liao Served as the President of the 18th Taichung City Sculpture
Association, Executive Director of the Taichung Sculpture Award from
2023 to 2025. He was granted permanent exemption from review
for the Provincial Art Exhibition (49th to 51st editions). He is also the
winner of the Cultural Award at the 2nd Tainan Arts Exhibition, National.
He is the First Place winner of the 2nd Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of
Taichung City in the mixed category. He is also the Second Prize winner
at the 15th National Art Exhibition, R.O.C.. He is also the Third Prize
winner of the 6th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung City. He is the
winner of the 7th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung City, and the
winner of the Tiansheng Award at the 10th Art Exhibition of Chiayi City.
He was honored with permanent eligibility by the Taiwan Provincial Fine
Arts Exhibition. The Taiwan Provincial Government invited him to be a
resident artist at Zhongxing Village for its first and second terms. He
has also served as a juror for the Changhua Bureau of Cultural Affairs
Exhibition, 3rd Da Dun Arts and Crafts Masters, 6th Yunlin Cultural
and Art Exhibition, and 20th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung
City. He was a committee member for the 2019 Inspection of Sculpture
Collection the of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. He served
as a judge for the 69th Arts Exhibition of Taiwan Central.
