                     Held his first joint exhibition with Chen Ban (Chen Bang-Zhen) at Changhua Cultural
                     Center. Also participated in the "Republic of China Art Development Exhibition" at the
                     Provincial Taiwan Art Museum (now National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts), exhibiting
                     "Ancient Proverbs."

                     Became a calligraphy teacher at the Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Museum, teaching in the

                     Invited by his alma mater, Chung Yuan Christian University, to inscribe the "Educational
                     Philosophy and Concept of Chung Yuan University" on a stone monument. Also became a
                     member of the Chinese Calligraphy Research and Development Foundation from 1979 to
                     1985.

                     Joined the Guofeng Calligraphy and Painting Association.

                     Participated in a seal carving calligraphy exhibition featuring famous artists from Taiwan,
                     Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shanghai. Also invited by the Provincial Taiwan Art Museum
                     (now National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts) to participate in the "Celebration of the New
                     Year Calligraphy Party" event. Appointed as the judge for the Nantou Lantian Academy's
                     1st, 9th, 10th, and 11th Holy Grail Calligraphy Competitions. His work "Restoration and   Ꮠၽᝄ޲ͭߕஔ᎜ʘᒗਞ̋ڎ݆Τ࢕݆ᑌ౨૩
                     Enlargement of Selected Epitaphs; Eastern Han Dynasty Ritual and Instrument Stele
                     Volume 13" was selected by the Provincial Taiwan Art Museum (now National Taiwan
                     Museum of Fine Arts) to be exhibited in Europe and America as cultural exchanges.

                     Two of his works were sent to the United States for cultural exchange by the Taiwan
                     Museum of Art  (now National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts). Also wrote an article about

                     Had his first solo exhibition titled "Collections of the Heart: Ren Rung-Ching's
                     Calligraphy Exhibition" at the Taichung Cultural Center. Also participated in the Dadun
                     Fine Arts Exhibition held by the Taichung City Cultural Bureau and the first exhibition
                     of the Yueyanglou Calligraphy Study Society. Invited to give calligraphy workshops for
                     teachers in primary and secondary schools in Taichung County, Nantou County, Changhua
                     County, Yunlin County, and Kaohsiung County.
