Chen, Zhu-Bin
Mr. Chen is a retired elementary school
teacher and civil servant. He was the 3rd
president of the Taichung County Artists
Society and the Taichung County Stone
Sculpture Association. He is now a member
of the Taichung City Sculpture Association.
