Chen, Cong-Hai
Mr. Chen graduated from National Chung Hsing
University. He has been creating chinese ink painting
and gouache painting for decades. He has placed top
three at the National Youth Painting and Calligraphy
Exhibition and the Provincial Civil Officers Art
Exhibition. He has won Awards of Merit at the Taiwan
Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition in the traditional chinese
painting and gouache painting categories many times,
as well as the Ministry of Education Literature and
Arts Award, and Award of Excellence in Ching-Shi
Award. He has published six painting collections. He
was awarded with a hnorary title of Outstanding Senior
Artist in 2014.
