From the Founder
I am pleased and greatly honored to celebrate The MIL Corporation’s 40th anniversary with you. Over the years,
I’ve been fortunate to work with, and for, amazingly talented employees and customers—individuals who were
passionately dedicated to conducting mission critical work for the Homeland. I remain grateful to have shared so
many successes in such great company and look forward to MIL’s fifth decade with enthusiasm and anticipation.
For the past 40 years, MIL has maintained and enhanced synergistic relationships with our employees. It’s been
a core MIL principle from the beginning, and we work every day to build and sustain these exceptional alliances.
I believe it’s one of the secret ingredients to the Company’s longevity. We extend this same commitment to
relationship-building with our customers and vendors. We work hard for them and they know it. They appreciate
our efforts and we know that too.
Over the years, the federal contracting industry has changed quite dramatically. It continues to consolidate around large, prime
contractors, creating both opportunity and challenges for the mid-tier sector where MIL is currently positioned. Our industry is constantly
challenged to provide superior customer solutions while maintaining cost competitiveness. These economic demands are compounded
by increasing pressure to recruit, retain, and continuously train highly specialized staff. We strive to never lose sight of our goal, which is to
provide the best value for our customers and, ultimately, the Nation’s taxpayers.
To keep competitive over the last four decades, MIL has focused on improving and enhancing our corporate infrastructure in all aspects
of our customer service delivery. This emphasis on continuous improvement not only enhances our competitiveness but also provides
increased efficiencies and productivity to our valued customers.
Along with our respect for our employees and customers, MIL has also kept community service as a core corporate value throughout all
our years in business. We believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work – it’s the right thing to do.
