For MIL’s Defense Business Unit, staying the course means dedicating ourselves to our Navy warfighters
customers and their evolving real-world missions. For over 30 years, MIL has worked hand-
in-hand with our federal partners to tackle challenges that directly impact National security,
every day. Our DoD Business Unit heritage started with Research, Development, Test and
Evaluation (RDT&E) and direct engagement with customers.
Over the years, the DoD Business Unit has formed solid partnerships, delivered dependable
services and quality solutions; as a result, we have experienced significant growth,
not just in employees and revenue, but in relevant capabilities. We have pioneered
the development of interdisciplinary teams and evolved our solutions to support the
effectiveness and well-being of the warfighter - through a range of ground, air, and sea
        platforms.
Our support to NAVAIR, NAWCAD, and our many defense and intelligence clients’
networks, boarders, and other vital mission systems has made DoD communications more
dependable, secure, and effective. Our engineers, cyber analysts, program managers,
and other first-class experts are all part of an RDT&E legacy that continues today. We
develop and deploy functional teams with real-world experience to support global military
        readiness missions.
On our 40th anniversary, we can’t help but be nostalgic. To remember all of the brilliant,
hard-working, and dedicated people that have come through the doors of The MIL
Corporation over the last four decades. To reflect on all of the real-world missions, projects,
and successes we have had together. But we are also looking forward to continuing our
legacy of making a difference. We are still focused on exploring the art of what is possible,
and dedicated to our customers and their missions, and above all to support our brave men
        and women in uniform.
