A taste of Southern Maryland
The MIL team in Lexington Park, MD was excited to sponsor and participate in the
inaugural Community Culture & Cuisine event held June 29, 2024, at St. Mary’s
Square Shopping Center in Lexington Park. The event was the first in what looks to
be an annual celebration of local food, art, and entertainment reflecting the diversity
found within the Southern Maryland community.
Golfing for good causes
This time of year, MIL is frequently approached to serve as a sponsor for charity golf tournaments representing any number of
worthy causes. Below are two of the latest organization’s supported by the MIL CARES initiative to give back and support our
local communities.
U.S. Warriors Ice Hockey Program: Supporting heroes on ice
MIL is proud to sponsor the U.S. Warriors Ice Hockey Program’s charity golf
tournament scheduled for August 26th at the Chantilly National Golf and Country
Club. The USA Warriors Ice Hockey Program operates for charitable and educational
purposes with a mission to provide recreational and therapeutic experiences and
education for those wounded in defense of the United States.

On Friday, September 27, 2024, MIL will be joining participants and
other tournament sponsors for the first annual Carolyn E. Parker
Foundation Golf Tournament and Fundraiser at Breton Bay Golf
