» We just completed a Jira pilot for our client using a control group from
the Devnet Infrastructure Support and BAQA units. Jira will eventually
replace SUMMIT and move us closer to becoming a lean organization.
» Though the first half of the year has been painful, it has served to
solidify relationships within my division and also across other divisions.
It has also been a pleasure getting to know the folks in Contracts and
Accounting while learning more about the work they do.
A special thanks to the CHS team for their transparency in sharing both their highs and lows . Mid-year creates an
opportunity to reflect on all the plans and visions we brought into the new year and see where and how we need
to adapt and change based on unplanned variables and scenarios. We applaud the hard work and agility needed to
