Rules for Qualified Referrals

The referred applicant may not have previously responded to
advertisements, been referred through employment agencies,
have an application on file with the Talent Acquisition
Department, and cannot be active in the database within the
last 12 months. Referred applicants must be able to obtain the
required clearance listed for the position.

If Your Referral is Hired -
Here’s the Good Part!

Once your referral has completed their first 90 days of
employment, you will earn:

• Full-Time, General/Secret Cleared Positions:
$750

• Full-Time, Top Secret and above Cleared Positions:
$1,500
