When Joan joined the team in 2014, the TCP was struggling to each of the Employees of the Month!

support and began working through the project backlog. Due to
her incredible work ethic and initiative, Joan quickly became TCP
managements’ most trusted resource.
Over the past few months, the TCP has begun a transition from
Washington, D.C. to the Global Financial Service Center in
Charleston, SC. With a majority of the staff leaving the project,
