BOOKING INFORMATION.

• The programme is available for groups only aged 16+.
• All groups must be accompanied by an English-speaking adult group leader. The school requires the group leader to undertake
specific responsibilities with regards to the welfare and safety of their group members.
• One free group leader for every 10 students. This includes an en-suite single room on a self catering basis, transfer from and to
Glasgow International Airport to accommodation including a meet and greet service on arrival.
• Additional group leaders and for groups of less than 10 students, the extra charge is £300 per week, which includes an en-suite
single room on a self catering basis, transfer from and to Glasgow International Airport to accommodation including a meet and
greet service on arrival.
• Group leaders require to pay for any selected trips and entrance fees that are added to the standard programme.
• Alternative accommodation options can be provided for group leaders, with prices quoted on a case by case basis.
• Transfers to and from other Scottish airports can be organised on request with prices quoted on a case by case basis.

• The standard programme is based on arrivals and departures on either Saturday or Sunday. Where possible we will try to
accommodate groups with non-standard arrival and departure days, although this cannot be guaranteed.
• All extra activities selected as part of a tailored programme are priced individually and are in addition to the net cost of the
standard programme.
• Additional nights required in the homestay accommodation due to flight timings are charged at £30 per person per night and are
subject to availability.
• An additional charge of £15 per person will be made for airport arrivals or departures at unsociable hours, i.e. for scheduled
arrival times before 8am and after 8pm, and for scheduled departures before 10am and after 10pm.

• For confirmation of booking, a deposit of £200 per stuednt is required. Balance to be paid before group arrives.
