Glossary
Annoyed (adj): feel angry.
Climb (v): to go towards the top of something.
Cheek (n): the soft part of your face that is below your eye and
between your mouth and ear.
Chase (v): to hurry after someone or something in order to catch
him, her, or it.
Déjà Vu (n): the strange feeling that in some way you have
already experienced what is happening now.
Go ahead (Vp): to start to do something.
Hysterically (adv): without being able to control your feelings or
behaviour because you are extremely frightened, angry, excited,
etc.
Lake (n): a large area of water surrounded by land and not
connected to the sea except by rivers or streams.
Momentarily (adv): for a very short time.
Narrow (adj): having a small distance from one side to the other,
especially in comparison with the length.
Peak (n): the pointed top of a mountain, or the mountain itself.
Promise (v): to tell someone that you will certainly do something.
Quite (adv): a little or a lot but not completely
