Ingredients
•
2 cups of self-raising flour
•
½ cup of raw sugar
•
1 tsp of salt
•
1 tbsp of butter
•
1 egg
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter to liquid and set aside to cool slightly.
Add egg, milk and vanilla to the bowl and mix. Add melted butter and mix till the batter
becomes thick. The batter will be quite thick, this will make fluffy pancakes.
Tip: Using water instead of milk will make the pancakes thin instead of fluffy.
Heat small amount of butter on a frypan and pour some pancake batter onto the frypan,
depending on the size of the pancake you would like.

When the batter in the frypan starts to bubble slightly you will need to flip the pancake.
If the pancakes are burning turn the heat down on the frypan.
Enjoy with your preferred toppings!
