Ingredients
•
2-4 garlic cloves (as much as preferred)
•
1 tbsp of butter
•
½ cup of white rice
•
1 cup of water
Chop garlic sections into tiny pieces.
Add garlic and butter to saucepan, sauté until butter is melted. Then take off heat.
Tip: Do not allow garlic to darken.
Add rice and water to sauce pan, stir to mix, cover with lid and return to heat.
When rice starts to boil, turn down to low heat and leave saucepan on the burner.
Don’t stir until cooked through. Tip: Monitor for over boil.

5 After 15-20 minutes, stir gently to make sure rice is cooked/soft and no water is left.
