their life and their own personal goals.
CDC places the customer’s needs
at the centre of the services and
supports they receive.
Our customers can choose who
will deliver their services and when
those services are received. Family
members, customer representatives
and carers are also involved in the
decisions about care and supports.
Community Home Support Program
The Community Home Support
Program (CHSP) is a program
providing entry-level home support
for older people who need assistance
to continue living independently.
These customers have moderate
service needs and do not yet require
higher levels of support at home. This
program is currently only available in
our Just Better Care Gold Coast office.
Disability Services
National Disability Insurance
Scheme
The National Disability Insurance
Scheme (NDIS) is a way of providing
support for people living with disability.
It’s a whole-of-life approach tailored
to each person’s needs and goals. The
NDIS ensures that people with disability
are given every opportunity to make
their own decisions and exercise choice
and control.

Our private customers are those who
pay for their services themselves.
Customers choose Just Better Care
because of the quality of staff we
employ, and the outstanding services
they receive.
We are able to design individual
support programs with our customers
where they can choose from our range
of services and also design other
supports, which can improve their
lifestyle over and above the essential
care they need.
Brokerage
Many organisations choose to use
Just Better Care staff to provide
services to their customers. Our
brokerage services are successful
because our duty of care doesn’t end
with filling a shift.
Our brokerage service model is
consistent with the philosophy of
providing customers with choice and
flexibility in how, when and by whom
their care is provided. Our support
staff are experts in following individual
goal-oriented support plans and
providing feedback to Coordinators on
customers’ progress.
We provide excellent customer service
with prompt, honest and reliable
responses to service requests. We
provide ethical and honest brokered
services and we do not entice
customers to change providers.
