many reasons: from assistance with
simple day-to-day tasks, to highly
complex care.
The Just Better Care network provides
services to help people to maintain
their independence. You will be
enabling customers, and sometimes
their family and carers, to achieve
their lifestyle goals. The Just Better
Care network never compromises
on quality, so our customers can be
assured of the best care and support.
Every customer of the Just Better Care
network is an individual with distinct
needs and aspirations. We listen and
take the time to get to know our
customers and deliver the services
they require.
Aged Care
Consumer Directed Care-Home
Care Packages
All Home Care Packages (HCP)
are now delivered on a Consumer
Directed Care (CDC) basis, giving the
customer more power to influence
the design and delivery of the services
they receive.
There are four levels of HCP and
a customer’s level will be determined
by the amount of support they require.
Each package level has a different
amount of funding (subsidy) that is
paid by the Australian Government
to deliver the care and services.
Many customers receiving HCP
services contribute to the cost of the
services if they are able.
