Just Better Care provides a broad range
of in-home and community support
services. Services may include:
Social Support
Supporting customers at social
activities in a community or group-
based setting.
Transport Assistance
Providing transport to and
from events, as well as mobility
assistance during events.
Out and About
Assisting customers to get
out and about for shopping or
appointments.
Domestic Assistance
Help around the home including
cleaning, washing clothes and
ironing.
Personal Care
Providing assistance with bathing
or showering, dressing, hair care
and toileting.
Complex Care
Services such as bowel care,
enteral feeding, catheter care,
stoma care etc.
Nursing Care
A qualified nurse assists with
customers’ health needs, for
example dressing a wound,
medication management or
assessment and care planning.
Allied Health
Services such as physiotherapy,
podiatry, speech pathology and
occupational therapy.

The services you will provide to our
customers will be outlined in your
work schedule or roster and detailed
on each customer’s care plan.
If a customer requests a service that is
not listed on the care plan, you must
call your Coordinator.
If you are ever unsure of what services
you need to provide, you must contact
your Coordinator.
