Our Story
Just Better Care was founded in 2005,
opening its first office in NSW on
Sydney’s Northern Beaches. By 2007
Just Better Care had opened seven
franchise offices across NSW and QLD.
Over the next five years (2007–2013)
the network expanded into ACT, VIC
and WA, and had approximately 30
locations.
In 2014, Just Better Care Australia
was acquired by Caring Brands
International. The Caring Brands group
is made up of Interim HealthCare,
a leader in the USA care franchise
industry with more than 300
franchises across 44 states; Bluebird
Care, a leading provider in the United
Kingdom and Ireland operating
more than 200 franchises; and
Just Better Care, which now operates
over 40 metro and regional locations
across Australia with the most recent
expansion into Tasmania.
We are continually expanding our
network and currently employ more
than 1,900 staff Australia-wide,
made up of Community Support
Professionals, Nurses, Healthcare
Professionals and office support staff.
