About Us
Across Australia, Just Better Care
delivers tailored in-home & community
aged care and disability support
services, to empower customers to live
independently in their own home.
We have offices located in New South
Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western
Australia, Adelaide, Tasmania and the
Australian Capital Territory.
We are passionate about giving choice
to people who want to stay connected
to their local community. We aim to
create a positive difference to the lives
of our customers so that they feel safe
and cared for.
Every Just Better Care office is
operated locally. Each office employs
staff to provide responsive and
flexible services to customers, to meet
each customer’s individual needs
and support them to live their life
independently.
Since Just Better Care started in
2005, we have been empowering our
customers by putting their individual
preferences and support needs at the
centre of our service delivery approach.
For over 15 years, Just Better Care has
been committed to our philosophy
that customers are able to be more
independent in their own homes and
their local communities, and receive
services that enhance their quality of
life.
Our staff take the time to get to know
our customers, identifying the best
ways to support them in achieving
their lifestyle goals.
