Just Better Care Intranet – Policies,
Procedures and Forms
The Just Better Care Intranet is a
source of information for staff and can
be accessed via the My JBC App or
from a web browser.
The Just Better Care Intranet provides
access to relevant policies, procedures,
forms and resources. These are located
on the left-hand side of the home page
under JBC Documentation Resources,
within Service Management, Clinical
Development or Human Resources.
In addition, key documents that
support day-to-day service delivery are
available for easy access on your
Just Better Care office home page.
The Intranet Includes:

Your office home page, including
local documents (and for some
offices incident, injury and feedback
forms)
•
The Just Better Care quality
management system (policies,
procedures, forms)
•
News and events from your office
and the Just Better Care network.

20 All policies, procedures and other
documentation available from
Just Better Care, including those on
the Intranet, can be varied, amended,
withdrawn or replaced at any time as
Just Better Care, in its sole discretion,
deems appropriate and to reflect
changes to applicable legislation. They
do not form part of any employee’s
terms and conditions of employment,
do not give rise to any contractual
rights or entitlements and are for
general guidance only.
All documents available on the
Intranet supersede and replace all
previous policies, procedures and
other documentation that may have
been issued from time to time where
relevant.
This handbook is intended to
provide employees of Just Better Care
with a general understanding of the
Just Better Care policies and
procedures.
It should be read in conjunction with
your employment agreement and any
supplementary handbooks or policies
that may be in place and amended
from time to time. Employees may be
subject to disciplinary action, up to
and including summary dismissal,
if they fail to observe the rules and
policies outlined in this handbook.
If you have any questions or problems
relating to your terms and conditions
of employment, you should raise them
with your Manager or contact HR.
