Note—If you are displaying any signs
or symptoms of COVID-19/Influenza
you must not perform services and
should take a RAT test or undertake a
PCR test.
Please contact your JBC office as soon
as possible to inform them of your
absence and test results.
JBC staff must comply with all
relevant company policies, procedures
and state/territory specific public
health orders related to COVID-19.
Respect for Your
Employment Relationship
At all times we ask that
Just Better Care staff respect their
employment relationship with Just
Better Care and communicate
regularly with their Coordinators and
other office staff.
If any customers should try to entice
you to work for them privately, please
contact your Coordinator to discuss.
Please also advise the customer that
they need to arrange all services
through their local Just Better Care
office.
There are many benefits to being
an employee of Just Better Care that
a private pay arrangement would
not offer. As an employee of
Just Better Care, we pay compulsory
superannuation contributions,
provide workers compensation, public
liability and indemnity insurance, and
assist you in meeting your taxation
obligations.
Entering into any private arrangement
with a Just Better Care customer is a
22 conflict of interest that may affect the
ability for Just Better Care to provide
you with work.
Dress Code
Just Better Care is proud of our brand
and our branded attire helps to build
awareness of who we are and what
we do. The Just Better Care preferred
dress includes:
•
A branded Just Better Care polo
shirt or classic shirt
•
Pants, long shorts or skirt in black
or grey
•
Enclosed, non-slip shoes with rubber
soles that give good protection and
support, and are suitable for the
delivery of all services
•
Just Better Care ID badge
(mandatory).
Non-branded Dress Code
Sometimes a customer might prefer
that you wear your own clothes rather
than the Just Better Care preferred
dress. As you are still representing
Just Better Care, professional
presentation still applies; your clothing
must be neat, tidy and appropriate to
the work you’re carrying out.
To ensure you still look professional,
follow these simple guidelines:
•
 Long trousers, three-quarter or
knee-length shorts or skirts
•
Blouse, polo or plain T-shirt
•
Unobtrusive jewellery
•
 Appropriate shoes – rubber soled,
enclosed and non-slip.
Presentation
Always arrive to carry out a service
with a helpful, can-do attitude and:
•
Wear clean attire in accordance with
the dress code
