Do not thaw frozen food at room
temperature; use a microwave or
thaw in the refrigerator
Minimise the time chilled food
remains out of the refrigerator
Keep food covered and free of dust,
dirt, insects, etc.
Discard any food that shows signs
of spoilage
Do not reheat leftover food more
than once
Do not use the contents of a swollen
or badly damaged can or package
Do not use jars where the lid has
‘popped’ already on first use
Wash utensils thoroughly in very hot
water and detergent, and clean the
kitchen well after use
Do not store poisons or chemicals in
food containers or drink bottles.

for assistance.
Employee Assistance Program
Just Better Care offers a free
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
for all employees and their immediate
family members. The service offers a
free confidential, personal coaching
and counseling service that provides
support for a variety of short-
term, personal or work issues. This
service gives you access to qualified
professionals including psychologists,
social workers and management
coaches.
You can receive up to four hours per
year, and services are available 24/7.
Employees can access any of the
following streams for support:
