                Paul Henri ASSOA has more than 15 years of experience in software development and User’s
                support, with over eight years of experience as a specialist in health information systems,
                collaborating with the University of Washington (UW) as Java software developer on
                analyzers plugins and reports coding in OpenELIS Community.
                He also works closely with the MOH for sustainibilty activities coordination and HIS
                interoperability establishment by collaborating in OpenMRS(SIGDEP2) features development
                and IT training.

                           Provide overall project management. Lead data analysis, implementation and
                           deployment of HIS, IT support, and Java development works. Lead training and
                           coaching activities to each project site. Coordinate activities with MOH for
                           sustainability and Systems interoperability.

                               ✓  Lead Initial evaluation, implementation and supervision of OpenElis Classic in
                                  association with the Ministry of Health (DIIS) in 124 regional sites (RETROCI, 48
                                  relay labs, 27 TB labs, 18 Viral Load referrals labs and 30 regional labs).
