                 N.B. I reported below only relevant long-term contracts starting from 2000. I may send

                 Relevant work experience, including the duration and responsibilities:

                 (1)  Director of Clinical Program, I-TECH Mozambique (October 17, 2017 – current)
                    In-charge of the management and supervision of the clinical programs carried out by I-TECH in Mozambique. I-TECH is
                    an NGO linked to the University of Washington that operates in Mozambique with HRSA funds through CDC within
                    PEPFAR initiative. I-TECH has developed specific skills in the areas of technical support at the central level, including
                    supervision, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, initial and in-service training, and operational research. Programs
                    include Distance Education, phone line open to health professionals, support to the National ART Committee, VMMC,
                    technical support to the TB Program, CQI for patients with HIV / AIDS, support to the disclosure of sero-status to sexual
                    partners. Tasks entail coordination of activities with HQ, CDC and MoH, operational planning, programs monitoring,
                    supervision, reporting, revision of papers & presentations, staff selection, budget revision and monitoring of
                    expenditures, working out cooperation programs and projects.

                 (2)  Consultant (01-02-2017 - 30-06-2017), Maputo, Mozambique
                    Human Resources policy. In charge of writing a long-term strategic document outlining a new Career System and
                    Wage Structure of Health Professional of the whole Health National System, as well as a reform of the Training System.
                    The goal was to work out a proposal to improve staff motivation and retention without overburdening the State Budget.
