BOPIS Curbside Operational Guide
Overview
Your store will begin operating a BOPIS curbside pickup experience for our Guests.
This pickup model will enable our Guests and Associates to have a safe and limited
contact experience. Stores will be closed for any in-store sales, returns, or exchanges.
Hours of Operation
Day of Week Business Hours Managers Scheduled
Sunday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Operational Considerations
• Initial capacity will be set to allow for 75 orders per day and is subject to change
• Hidden Stock is set to 20%
• OMNI Dashboard will be available to review operational metrics
BOPIS Curbside Roles
Picker: Phone Management: Runner:
The picker is in The Phone Management role The Runner role is in
charge of picking is in charge of answering the charge of running
