                                       Scheduling Guidelines

         Scheduling Guidance:
The staffing guidance below should be used to ensure associates are scheduled
appropriately. Partner with your District Manager for additional guidance where needed,
or if there is a need to reach out to associates outside of your store.

                 Refer to the suggested
               associate staffing priority:

         1. Prioritize scheduling the core retail management team
         2. Utilize nearby store management teams who are not opening for BOPIS, if available
         3. Partner with your District Manager if the need to use District Field Support (DMs, SDEs,
              and SDLs) arises
         4. Schedule Elite/Master Stylists as needed to provide additional coverage
NOTE: Elite/Master Stylists must not be scheduled more than 15 hours per week.

The scheduling template below may be used as a guide to schedule associates supporting
        the BOPIS reopening
