Ole Miss, Barksdale Honors College graduate, Jason Thompson knows that small business owners
are so bogged down in their work, that the last thing on their minds is marketing. When Fahrenheit
Creative Group’s (FCG) story began in 2011, it started like most Mississippi small businesses. Two
people in two offices with a handful of clients. For Fahrenheit, their work involved helping their
clients connect cut through the noise to meaningfully connect with core customers. So, he
understands the small business challenge – the difficulty of grabbing an audience’s
attention, having zero time and few dollars, for what seems like a luxury. As
Fahrenheit’s principal owner, Thompson personally knows that you can’t work
if you’re always marketing. But, he’d also knows that you can’t expand your

customer base without getting your name in front of the right folks – those with
contracts, at the right time. Small organizations need quick ways to get
their message out to multiple potential customers, while still having time
to effectively do their work.

Fahrenheit’s grown a bit since those early days in 2011.

governmental and non- profit customers. The FCG
team is made up of talented graphic designers,
web developers, public relations professionals, and
digital marketing strategists. The team helps
nonprofits, government agencies, and small
businesses more effectively reach their target audiences by
developing and deploying creative works to engage
potential clients. While FCG welcomes and has customers
across diverse business communities, it has a
special focus on addressing the communication and marketing needs of

minority-owned businesses. Thompson sees marketing as a mission, given the difference a really
