experience in construction management, civil engineering, and
project management within private, local, state, and federal

sectors. The firm’s past performance includes completing
various State Aid, LPA and FHA project (including
Birmingham, Meridian, and Stennis airports), hotels

(Holiday Inn - Meridian), educational institutions
(East Mississippi Community College) and the U.S. Naval Air Station performing services in
airport runway, taxiway improvement, commercial building renovation, directional boring,
