brothers Kevin and Leothas Nichols. The Nichols brothers have shared a passion for

construction since their youth. The firm started as a logging company, but soon segued

into the construction industry after clients began requesting bulldozer work of the
firm. The Nichols brothers listened to their customers and purchased a bulldozer. The
rest was history because the firm became a full-service firm specializing in excavating,

land clearing, leveling, and construction services. The firm became a Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (MDOT) in 2016.
