                      with four  cabriole  legs  and two twisted-rope  handles  and with  eight
                      auspicious  emblems  (bajixiang) decor

                      Ming dynasty,  late sixteenth  -  early  seventeenth  century
                      Cast  bronze with  cast  decoration  with cold-worked  details  and with  a cast
                      thread-relief  mark  in standard-script  (kaishu) characters  reading  Da  Ming
                      Xuandenian  zhi  in a recessed  rectangular  cartouche  on the  base
                      8.3 centimeter  width
