The bowls are potted with deep rounded sides rising to a gently 拍品115號
flared rim, supported on a low foot ring. The exterior is decorated
with three evenly-spaced carp in underglaze-red beneath a 盌撇口，淺弧腹，圈足。外壁釉裏紅繪三魚紋。底青花書「大清雍正年製」雙
transparent glaze with a slight bluish tinge. 圈楷書款。釉裏紅三魚紋飾源自明初釉裏紅器，參考一件紋飾近似的宣德款

Ever since its first use on Imperial porcelains of the Yuan and early Ming

Yongzheng bowls of this type vary considerably in size, ranging from
12 cm. to 22.8 cm. in diametre. The present pair is among the largest
examples known. Other similar examples of this design and size include
