A HUAMU BURL-INSET HONGMU DRUM-
FORM STAND
19TH CENTURY
The hongmu display stand has an inset panel
of huamu burl above a gently rounded
shoulder and aprons with rounded
rectangular apertures. The whole is
supported on elegant curving legs with
similar rounded rectangular apertures
terminating in humpback stretchers
supported by tab feet.
