A LOTUS LEAF-FORM SILVER ‘INK STONE’
19TH CENTURY
The ink stone is shaped in the form of a
lotus leaf with a dragonfy resting on the
edge and two squirrels and grape vine above
the grinding surface. A two-character seal
mark, possibly reading qi mu within a double
square, is in the center of the base.
