TWO MOLDED AND ENAMELED PORCELAIN SNUFF
BOTTLES
JINGDEZHEN KILNS, 1840-1900
Each bottle is molded and enameled on one side with a seal face
reading ‘Xunyangling yin’ (‘Seal of the Xunyang prefect’) and a ritual
bronze, and on the reverse with a man riding a deer, the base has a
three-character mark in iron red reading an le tu (‘picture of peace
and happiness’).
