           TWO BRONZE SCROLL-WEIGHTS
           The screen cast with an Immortal with fierce face
           riding a Buddhist lion, possibly representing Zhong
           Kui, raised on cloud supports, 17th century, 17.8cm
           (7in) wide; the figure of Liuhai in typical animated
           stance, holding a string of cash about his shoulders,
           a gourd flask slung to the reverse and a mythical
           toad resting on his left knee, 17th/18th century, 8cm
           (3 1/8in) high; and a bronze weight modelled as a
           kneeling boy holding an ingot and a helmet in his
           raised right hand, a small boy clambering on his left
           shoulder, 17th/18th century, 7.6cm (3in) long. (5).

           Ming Dynasty
           The beast with the body of a tortoise and
           cylindrical mouth opening at the back for water,
           the head extending out with bulging eyes
           beneath bushy brows and a long horn stretching
           down the mane, wood stand, 10.5cm (4 1/8in)
           long; together with a bronze quatrelobed stand,
           17th/18th century, cast as writhing chilong above
           clouds, 14.5cm (5 3/4in) long. (3).
