The exterior of the widely flared sides is finely decorated with

four floral medallions depicting peony, lotus, chrysanthemum and
ᙱࢷ⁒㱦卿Ƕӽ⊤㪃┵ݥ㫀Ƿ卿✄ ݺ卿எ‸ Ӵ 厎឴ٳഌໝែ
prunus divided by foliage sprays, the centre of the interior with a
ᙹࢷ⁒㱦卿Ƕ.BMDPN .BD%POBME $PMMFDUJPO PG $IJOFTF $FSBNJDTǷ卿
medallion containing two elaborate butterflies and flowers within
ٳᘹ卿 ჺ卿எ‸ ⽚厎झ࢈㻜◯⧻ワ㱦卿Ƕԋஇջ㪃≢㚁㫀Ƿ卿
blue double-line borders.

similar bowl included in Selected Chinese Ceramics from Han to Qing
