            A LARGE DOUCAI ‘PHOENIX’ DISH             清雍正   鬪彩夔鳳八吉祥紋大盤

            with wide flaring sides and everted rim, the interior
            finely painted with two confronting kui phoenixes and   來源
            surrounded by foliate scrolls with four stylised lotus   Axel Legrelius (1863-1944年)舊藏,此後家族傳承(傳)
            blooms, all encircled by a band of bajixiang (‘Eight
            Buddhist Emblems’) amongst ruyi clouds to the well
            and a border of cresting waves to the rim, the exterior
            decorated with lotus blooms borne on meandering
            leafy stem, the base with a six-character reign mark in
            underglaze blue within a double circle
            Diameter 48.3 cm, 19 in.
