A FLAMBE-GLAZED HU-FORM VASE
XIANFENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1851-1861)
The wide body tapers towards the quatrefoil mouth rim and, is moulded on each main side
with peach-shaped cartouches, the neck is applied on either side with lug handles, covered
overall with a rich bluish-red glaze thinning at the edges.
