The vase is decorated with fgures at various
pursuits within a mountainous riverscape, all
below bands of archaic scrollwork and ruyi
on the neck.

The K’ung Hsiang-Hsi (Kong Xiangxi,
1881- 1967) Collection, New York, and
thence by descent within the family.
