with rounded sides rising from a flat base to an everted rim,
the interior depicted with a large carp emerging from turbulent
waves below a sun and a moon, further surrounded by lotus
scrolls around the cavetto, the flat rim decorated with smaller
flower scrolls, Japanese wood box

sturdily potted with rounded lobed sides, rising from a tapered
foot to a barbed everted rim, the interior centred with a foliate
and lozenge-diapered panel, surrounded by floral scrolls
around the cavetto, covered overall in a lustrous olive-green
glaze, save for the wide ring on the base fired burnt-orange
