A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The fgure is seated in dhyanasana on a raised
platform holding a leafy lotus stem, wearing loose
robes, an elaborate headdress and jewellery before
a detachable faming mandorla.

TWO MINIATURE GILT BRONZE FIGURES
13TH AND 18TH CENTURIES
The frst fgure depicts Amitayus, seated in
dhyanasana upon a double lotus base, with his
hands in namaskara mudra. The second fgure
depicts Shakaymuni dressed in long fowing robes,
also seated in dhyanasana with hands pressed
together in namaskara mudra.
