MING DYNASTY
of rectangular section, cast with a circular pierced knop in the centre, flanked by two
banners enclosing inscriptions, reading Liujun chun bo nuo and Zai Yangzhoushi ye
respectively, all within a stepped border, the bronze patinated to a dark greenish-brown
colour
