題識：吳 中花事歸來重，蜀道田車左右安。
集阮刻北宋本石鼓字。
丙辰（1916年）歲春仲，安吉吳昌碩。
鈐印：俊卿之印、倉碩、歸仁里民 1236
楊草仙題於木盒：吳昌碩翁筆。草仙親之。
時年八十有四，於日本小倉驛。
