     The square top with molded edge over a recessed waist is set above    QING DYNASTY, 17TH/18TH CENTURY
     a bracket-shaped apron carved with leafy scrolls with beaded edge,
     continuing to the cabriole legs terminating in scroll and foliate-    Each with a bowed crestrail above a curved back splat carved with
     carved feet.

     in northern China on brick couches, or kang. Compare to a square

     清十七世紀  黃花梨方炕桌                                                         清十七/十八世紀  黃花梨南官帽椅一對

     攢邊打槽構成桌面,外側冰盤沿中間打洼,有束腰,壼門式                                            搭腦成弧形向後彎曲,與邊框軟角相交。後腿與靠背立柱一
     牙子雕捲草紋,邊緣沿腿部內側起線,三彎腿,下雕卷雲紋                                            木連做,靠背板成S形,曲線形扶手向前傾,與鵝脖,連邦棍
     馬蹄。                                                                   相互呼應,線條優美靈動。座面下植靈芝形矮老加羅鍋棖,
                                                                           圓腿直足,腿間腳踏下加以羅鍋棖。
     方形或長方形矮桌,稱為炕桌,多見使用於中國北方的供暖
     用的炕上。奉文堂舊藏一形制風格與本拍品相近例子,2015                                          來源
