Tang Dynasty
Consisting of a globular jar with vertical panels of green, blue, amber
and white dots, stopping halfway down the hard, buff body; an elegant
footed bowl with blue amber and cream patterned glaze on the lip and
underside; a small, blue-glazed bowl, a miniature bowl decorated with
blue, amber and cream glaze; and a miniature compressed globular
bowl splashed with green, amber and cream glaze compressed bowl
with interned rim. (5)

Footed bowl: 6 5/16in (16cm) diam;

A SANCAI-GLAZED TRIPOD CENSER 286
Tang Dynasty
The well-potted globular vessel raised on three splayed claw-form
feet, the sides with a central bowstring applied with three lion-headed
medallions alternating with three acanthus leaves under a short neck
and rolled rim, the applied decoration picked out in amber, green and
cream glaze set against an elegant green-glazed ground.
