Hizen ware, Kutani type, Edo period (1615-
1868), late 17th-early 18th century
Molded as an abalone shell and decorated
with a long-tailed bird in a blossoming plum
tree in blue, yellow, green, and aubergine
enamels and iron red and black, the
underside with grasses and a Fuku mark in
green and black
